Creating A Successful Day
Here is a template to let you organize your To-Do list
better. I make list all the time in my
house but as I’ve been reading “The BADASS LIFE” she suggests to break your
list up into three different categories.
I am going to give this a GO this week and see how it works. Here is the
breakdown…
Divide you To-Do List into 3 different sections…Hot, Warm,
Cold
HOT: Things that are time sensitive; you have a deadline to
get them done. For Example…every Sunday
I lesson plan for the week because I work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and
Fridays. Things that are
non-negotiable.
WARM: Things that have to get done for the day but don’t
have a deadline. Ex. Working out,
emptying the dishwasher, making the beds etc..
COLD: These items are things that you “would like” to get
done in the day but isn’t a big deal if you cant get to them. For example
organizing the kids toy room with labeled bins, going through the attic to
donate clothes or toys that no one uses anymore etc…
To HAVE A SUCCESSFUL DAY make your list the night before so
you can prepare and set your mindset to POSITIVE THOUGHTS for the morning J
