She is Fierce, she is one of a kind, she is my all time favorite Super Trainer and 100% relatable.  A mom of a toddler, recovered from a c-section, breastfed on the set of CORE DE FORCE and is now known as "the red-head" super trainer.

Her workouts are 20-30 minutes everyday for 100 days; ranging from cardio to weight training to hiit, to martial arts, and some yoga thrown in as well.
